What is intermittent fasting?
An eating pattern that cycles between periods of fasting and eating. It is not about which foods you eat but when you eat them. Common methods include 16:8 (fast sixteen hours, eat within eight) and 18:6.

Is Forza suitable for beginners?
Yes. Forza is designed to be beginner-friendly. Guided onboarding, educational content, and preset fasting patterns (16:8, 18:6, 20:4) help you start with an approachable window and move up when you are ready.

Can I change my fasting schedule?
Always. Your schedule should serve your life, not the other way round. Modify it at any time — for work, social occasions, or to try a different method — without losing your streak history.

What can I drink during a fast?
Water, black coffee, plain tea without milk or sugar, and other zero-calorie beverages. The app includes a reference guide on what breaks a fast and what does not.

How do I track my progress?
Forza provides detailed analytics: streaks, hours accumulated, fasting-window accuracy, and optional notes on how each fast felt. All of it lives on your device.

Is my data secure?
Completely. Forza collects nothing. Your fasts, logs, and schedules are stored locally and never transmitted. No accounts, no cloud, no third-party SDKs.
